Inventory - Pickups - Shipping - Returns
AAA Does NOT HAVE A LIVE INVENTORY. Please contact us prior placing your order if you would like to know if we have the item(s) you are looking for in stock.
General Order Info
- Once an order is placed, your credit card will be charged immediately regardless of inventory status.
- AAA will reach out to you if an item is out of stock. At that time you can choose to keep the item on order OR cancel and we will refund you.
- Most items can be cancelled at anytime during the duration of a backorder.
- Regularly Stocked Products: Can be cancelled and refunded during the duration of the backorder
- Special Ordered Products: If AAA is not responded to within 7 days of our first message, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Special Order items CANNOT be cancelled or returned (we will make you aware of this at the time of order).
- Customers can choose "Pickup in Store" option at checkout.
- Your order status will change to "Awaiting Pickup" once the order is ready.
- Pickups can be made: M-F from 8am to 5pm.
- Call (781) 326-8845 once you arrive in the parking lot and an AAA Team Member will bring out the order to your vehicle.
- Closeout products are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
- NO return option for: Batons, Knives, Weapon Optics, Customized Items
- You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- AAA will not take back merchandise that has been worn, used OR products that arrive without the original packaging. Products need to be sent back as they were received by the customer.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- AAA will ship to any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products. We do not ship internationally.
- If your billing address differs from your shipping address - we will ask for a picture of your drivers license. To reduce the chance of fraudulent orders, we can only ship to the address on the license, matching the billing address OR your agency (if applicable).
- When you place an order, we will contact you if an item is out of stock.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are flat rate ($12.00) and some are weight-based.
