Ordering Information

AAA Police Supply does not have a live inventory on ALL products. If a product does not display Current Stock quantity, click here to contact us for availability.

Once an order is placed, your credit card will be charged immediately regardless of inventory status. An AAA team member will reach out to you if an item is out of stock. At that time you can choose to keep the item on order or cancel the item and you will be refunded.

Shortly after checkout, you will receive an email from AAA Police Supply confirming your order.

PLEASE NOTE if your billing address does not match your shipping address, we may request additional verification from you. AAA Police Supply reserves the right to cancel and refund your order at our discretion.

Regularly stocked items can be cancelled and refunded at anytime during the duration of the backorder.

If you have ordered a special order item and that item is out of stock, or if there is an order issue we will contact you immediately. If you do not respond to our email within 7 business days, your special order item will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Our retail floor is currently closed to the public. AAA is ONLY accepting orders online or via email. Orders will not be accepted in the parking lot.

We do not accept international orders or credit cards.

Shipping

AAA ships to any address in the US via UPS Ground or SurePost. Note that there may be restrictions on some products.
Please make sure to confirm that your address is correct and has been submitted in full (building name, apartment number, suite, etc.).
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or internationally at this time.
AAA reserves to the right to refuse an order if the billing and shipping address do not match.
In some cases, orders that are chosen to be shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address may be subject to delays and further verification. In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity of an order, the order will be cancelled.

Pickup your order Curbside

Get your order faster with free curbside pickup!

At checkout, enter your shipping address and select the Curbside Pickup option.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected.
Pickups can be made during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.
Call (781) 326-8845 once you arrive in the parking lot and an AAA team member will bring your order out to you.

Order Shortage or Discrepancies

ANY SHORTAGE OR DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY.
