Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Some limitations apply.
We offer FREE RETURNS on all regularly priced footwear.
You can expect to receive a full refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
AAA does not accept returns on the following merchandise:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items without their original packaging
- Batons, knives, and weapon optics
- Customized items (Example: Hemmed Pants / Patched Items / Custom Logo applied to clothing)
- Gift certificates
- CLEARANCE items
- Sale items marked FINAL SALE
- DISPLAY samples
To Return an Item
Please Contact Us with your order number and the details about the item you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns are to be sent back to AAA at your expense (unless an error was made on our behalf).
Upon arrival, all returns are inspected by our team for quality assurance. If an item has been returned without the original packaging or there are signs of wear, we will not be able to accept your return.
Exchanges
AAA Police Supply does not accept exchanges.
Customers will follow the return process (stated below) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
Special or custom orders can not be cancelled.
Promotional Items
As a way to say thank you for ordering online, we offer promotions items from time to time. These items are only available for a limited time and cannot be returned for cash, store credit, or exchanged. If your order is returned for any reason, the promotional item that was included with the shipment must also be returned for the purchased item to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Order Shortage Or Discrepancies
ANY SHORTAGE OR DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY.
Warranty Issues
If you believe the item you purchased from AAA is defective during the warranty period - please email contact@aaapolicesupply.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to contact the manufacturer to help facilitate the warranty process. AAA is not responsible for associated shipping costs for the return of the defective products.
